FC MARINA FOOTBALL ACADEMY PVT LTD is registered at 111, Bay View Dr. Street, Kotivakkam, Chennai 41 For the purpose of this Refund\/ Cancellation Policy, the terms ‘you’ and ‘your’ shall refer to the user of the website and FCMA\u2019s services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Payments<\/span><\/h4>\n

All payments should be made upon confirmation from the respective \u2018Admission officer\u2019 \u2013 authorised representative for a training facility operated by FC Marina Academy or our Office reachable through number +91-9962220400<\/span><\/p>\n

In the case of non-confirmation, please carry the transaction receipt acknowledgement or online transaction details at the training facility to confirm the registration or email us at <\/span>info@fcmarina.com<\/span> for any queries and we will try to respond to you as soon as we can.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds\/Cancellation:<\/span><\/h4>\n

Refund of the amount paid for the training program shall not be made in any case. <\/span>Only adjustment\/compensation can be availed in certain scenarios.<\/span><\/p>\n

Non-refundable fee\/amount collected for any events\/trip\/tour etc shall not be refunded under any circumstances unless the event\/trip\/tour is cancelled by us.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adjustment Policy<\/b><\/h4>\n

Our adjustment policy shall only adjust classes under the following circumstances (without any exceptions):<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • An Injury and\/or illness (doctor’s certificate required for both) when emailed during the period of subscription on the following email id: info@fcmarina.com.com along with a copy of the same to the facility coordinator.<\/span>
    \n<\/span>We understand that the medical certificate (MC) may take some time \u2013 therefore an intimation email during the absence period shall suffice till the MC is received, however it shall only be approved once the scanned copy of the MC is shared on the aforementioned email.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Collective adjustments for the period when the ground is unavailable due to weather conditions such as rain, storms or any other natural calamities. <\/span>
    \n<\/span>Please note \u2013 the adjustment for the aforementioned circumstances shall only be applicable for the active subscription period only. In case the adjustment dates fall outside the active subscription period \u2013 then those days shall not be adjusted in the subscription of the student.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    FCMA trains with the philosophy wherein the students are required to manage time proactively and therefore, we urge the parents to ensure that they do not miss any training sessions due to exams or during the holiday period.<\/span><\/p>\n

    There will NOT be any adjustment of missed sessions or classes due to exams or vacations taken by a student.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Additionally, the months of April & May are referred to as Optional Camps for which there will be adjustments based on your choice.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Attending 3 or more training sessions of any Camp will result in payment for the full camp.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • If not a single day is attended during optional camps, there will be an adjustment initiated by our operations & admission team.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Additionally, FCMA are not liable to compensate for session cancelled for any of the following reasons:<\/span><\/p>\n

      (a) Emergency Situations: in case there is an emergency situation such as a rise in pollution, riots, curfew imposition, government-imposed lockdowns, etc. we shall immediately cancel the training sessions in light of security issues.<\/span><\/p>\n

      (b) refund due to events outside our control can be widened by adding ‘Force Majeure’ which includes the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, or another natural disaster<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        However, we shall strive to cover the missed classes in the form of additional training sessions within the subscription period (online classes, weekend classes, friendly games, additional training time, etc) only where the circumstances allow us to carry out additional classes without any assurances of the same.<\/span><\/p>\n

        We believe that this policy will ensure continuity and allow the coaches to plan forward, focusing on each child and on the group as a whole. We thank you for your continued trust and support in helping us hone your ward\u2019s football prowess and thus catalysing his holistic development.<\/span><\/p>\n

        In case of any clarification, the decision by the Management Team of Fc Marina Football Academy shall be deemed as final.
