 Cash / Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ G Pay/ Phone Pe/ UPI payments accepted.
 Please ensure you collect receipt for the payment.
 No refund can be given for cancellations received once the programs have started.
 No makeup sessions or refunds will be offered for missed classes.
 Fees should be paid in full in advance before 10 days of the start of each term.
 10% sibling discount applies from 2nd child from same family.

FOR NEW WARDS
 Academy Training Jerseys would be provided within 10-15 days after payment of fees.
 One time registration fee.

 The registration is non- transferable.
 The particular will adhere to the rules & regulations of the FC Marina Academy (FCMA).
 All Participants are requested to wear the provided FC Marina Academy Full Kit for all training sessions.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
 I certify that the information set out in the registration form is complete & accurate.
 I agree the FC Marina Academy, may or without providing any refund stop my child participating in the program if he /
she disrupts the program activities, engage in conduct that puts the safety of others at risk, or otherwise does not follow
the reasonable directions of the Academy organizers.
 Usage of uncivilized and profane language will not be entertained at any cost in our academy.
 I am responsible for arranging my child’s transport to and from the FC Marina Venue.
 I agree and consent to FC Marina Academy the rights to use the applicant’s name, photograph, video, sound, image or
any other record for promotional, marketing & internal use.
 These terms and conditions and your registration shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of
India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chennai High Court only.

MEDICAL & LIABILITY :
 I acknowledge that football is a contact sport and my child will be engaging in activities that involve a significant degree of
physical exertion and a degree of physical risk, during the FC Marina Academy activities.
 I acknowledge that the activities are inherently risky and involve risks of harm and personal injury, and I willingly assume
these risks.
 I agree to compensate FC Marina Academy the cost of damage caused by me or my applicant to any property to facilities
 I ensure that the applicant is physically fit and able to train in the Academy activities. Failure to disclose correct medical or
physical information may exclude the applicant from participating in the Academy.

 Any grievances or disputes only pertaining towards the academy to be brought immediately to info@fcmarina.com so that we may rectify then and there.
